Pat Bush at the summit of Mt. Shasta9 viewsTwo weekends after we made the Rancheria hike, Pat climbed Mt. Shasta (for the 6th time) and spread some of Dino's ashes there. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but a month before that, unknown to all of us, Aaron Sinnott (Dino's cousin) made it to the Shasta summit - over 14,000' - and placed Dean's yellow Lance Armstrong wristband there. Our boy has become quite the traveler.
